Memories of Paris/Pariisin muistoja

 

For the "What reminds you of Paris"-theme at Digital Whisper.

Mine are the couple of the postcards that I bought in memory of Paris many years ago. The card on the left up is designed by Rodolphe Rousseau, and presents La place Furstenberg, which is a small, and romantic square, know as a quiet, picturesque place famous for its central lamppost with the paulownia trees.

The card right down is designed by Serge De Filippi presenting Vert-Galant public garden. It has been built in honour of King Henri IV, nicknamed the 'Vert-Galant' because his liking for women😊

I created the background for the cards in Photoshop. It's said Paris has the special light with the pink color - I tried to give it onto my digital art. The other images are chosen from my archive.

Teemaan 'Mikä muistuttaa sinua Pariisista' tein digikollaasin, jossa käytin kahta vuosia sitten Pariisista muistoksi ostamistani korteista. Ne ovat kahden eri taiteilijan suunnittelemia - ylhäällä Rodolphe Rousseau'n 'La place

Tein fotosopissa taustan, jossa pyrin kuvaamaan Pariisille tyypillistä eritystä vaaleanpunaista värisävyä, muut kuvat poimin arkistostani.
