I don't have any excact favorite colour - I like so may of them. I like the beautiful combinations of different colours, and that I'm presenting with this card. 

There you see my hand acrylic painted face surrounded with the beautiful colourful elements. So the card is technically a hybrid artwork.

'Suosikkiväri'-haasteteemaan tein kortin, missä on käsin akrylein maalaamani kasvo ympäröitynä monin värikkäin kukin ja elementein.

Minulla ei ole tarkalleen suosikkiväriä, vaan pidän eri värein muodostetuista kokonaisuuksista. Tätä edustaa hybridi-korttini, jonka toteutin digitaalisesti fotosopissa.

Happening in the Swimming Pool/Uima-altaalla tapahtuu

You see beneath the old magazine page from July 1960. I've saved it long time ago, and now used it for my digital page above.

 My dachshunds Mira and Kalle loved to swim, and never happend this kind with them ☺️ The other image material is from my archive. I created and made the layering in my Photoshop.

'Uima-allas'-teemaan tein digitekniikalla fotosopissani 'Hyppää vain!'- digikollaasin, johon kuvat löytyivät arkistostani. Näet päätyön alla vanhan  heinäkuulta 1960 olevan lehden sivun, josta sain idean ja kuvamateriaalia työhöni. Omat mäyrikseni Mira ja Kalle uivat mielellään - hyppivät vähän liikaakin veneestä veteen - eikä koskaan sattunut tällaista arkailua☺️ 

Lehtileikkeen olen joskus napannut talteen, ja nyt sille tuli käyttöä.

All background and image material was chosen from my archive, and the layering of it made in Photosop with its tools. I finished the work typing the figurative quote on my illustrtated background:

An excellent fabric/Erinomainen kangas

'Only an excellent fabric can originate an excellent fashion.' -Nino Cerruti, an Italian fashiondesigner.

My hybrid art Journal page for the theme 'Fabrics, lace and trims'. I layered it in Photoshop with the image material that was chosen from my achive. I used my handpainted girlface, which is one of the very first portraits I'v painted 2018. I admired an American mixed media artist Kelly Rae Roberts's art, and I painted my version of it. Later I've painted in my own various styles. In this case I made her with the simple clothes using digital paintingbrushes. I collaged on the background the fabrics and other elements that follow the theme. I finished the art journal work typing the text on the trim.

Hybridityöni 'Kangas, pitsi, nauhat'-teemaan. Suunnittelin ja toteutin sen fotosopissa arkistostani valitsemin kuvin. Käytin käsinmaalaamaani kasvokuvaa, joka on ensimmäisiä julkaisemiani käsin maalaamiani kasvoja. Ihailin amerikkalaisen mixedmediataiteilija Kelly Rae Roberts'in taidetta, ja tässä työssä seurailin hänen tyyliään. Myöhemmin rohkaistuin julkaisemaman omalla tyylilläni tekemiäni. Tässä työssä valitsin taustalle kangaspaloja, pitsiä, nauhaa, jotka digitaalisesti liitin työhöni. Viimeistelin ajj-hybridini y.o. tekstillä.
