St.Patrick's Day/Pyhän Patrikin Päivä

It's Spring, and it's St.Patrick's Day on the March 17th.
Erin Isle refers to a poetic or romantic name for the isle of Ireland.

I created this digital Art journal collage page in Photoshop using the image material which is old freebie images from different sources. I'm linking the work on the theme 'Spring forward' hosted by Chris at Art Journal Journey this month.

On kevät ja on Irlannin kansallispäivä 17.3. Pyhän Patrikin päivä on maan suojeluspyhimyksen muistopäivä. Sitä juhlistetaan vihreillä asuilla ja koristeilla  laajalti myös ympäri maailman.

    This is great for St. Patrick's Day. I love the little Irish lass. And I was one told that tomorrow is St. Urho's Day and is celebrated by Finnish people here in America. I'm guessing it is not a big day in Finland? But our could still celebrate if you want. :) THanks for joining Chris with this lovely page. hugs-Erika

      I havn't ever heard that our president Urho Kekkonen who ruled for 20 years and died in early 1980s is celebrated there. Very odd 🫢?
