For Dreamers Challenge
at Digital Whisper Sept 27th 'Goldfish'
I altered the background with a filter in Photoshop Elements,
added the goldfish (found in Pinterest) and the green fish, which is RucolaDesign's. The effects I added are from
Kryztal Rain.
The frame was edited onto the collage in PSE.
