You can't stitch your future

I am looking over an unknown future and hope being
brave, wise, sensible.'
I created this art journal page for the theme 'A Stitch in Time' at
Art Journal Journey ChallengeThe theme is chosen by Hålle from Hålle's Hobbies this month.
I made the page with digital technique. All images are freebies or from my old Mischief Circus files. The text was edited and layout created with PSE. I think my page include the both elements of the theme.
Thank you for looking. Have an inspirational, happy June!

Et voi ommella tulevaisuuttasi.
Tein sivun art journal-teemaan 'Ommel/Ajassa'. Molempia käsitteitä voidaan käyttää erikseen tai yhdessä.
Koostin sivuni digitekniikalla ja keräilin vanhoja ilmais- ja hankittuja kuvia arkistostani, tein layoutin ja editoin mietelauseen:
'Katselen tuntemattomaan tulevaisuuteen ja toivon olevani
rohkea, viisas, järkevä.'
Sivullani on molemmat teeman elementit.
Hyvää kesäkuuta kaikille tänne kurkanneille!

  1. What a fun journal page, Sirkkis. I love all the faux stitching around the page. It makes my stitching look puny. I love this and your clock fits the unknown future quite well, too. Thanks so much for this first entry this month using Halle's theme at Art Journal Journey. It's a great journal page and lovely woman.

  8. I do like this piece Sirkkis. All the bits of cloth, buttons, etc. make it perfect for Halle's challenge at Art Journal Journey. And that girl has a wonderful face too. Thanks for joining us. Hugs-Erika
