My digitally composed page for the Alison's 'Summer Countryside' theme at Art Journal Journey Challenge this month.
I made the background with several separate pieces of papers and images. The family spending a day by the vineyard was combined with the images I found from different sets of the old Mischief Circus collections. I made the rug under them with a photoshop tool. The place where they are enjoying peacefulness seems to be cool, too. That is needed also here for the several hot days. The unusually hot weather has spread over the whole country.

'Viinitarhan laidalla'Maaseudun rauhan veroista ei löydy mistään muualta.
Tämän digikollaasini tein teemaan 'Kesäinen maaseutu' ja koostin sen taustan useista erillisistä taustamateriaaleista. Kuvat ovat vanhoista MC-arkeista. Tuon matkahuovan tyyppisen alustan tein fotoshop-työkalulla.
Paikka missä perhe on nauttimassa hiljaisuudesta näyttää myös viileältä.
Viileyttä nyt tarvitaan meilläkin näissä harvinaisen kuumissa olosuhteissa.
Viinitarhojahan meillä ei ole, mutta puiden varjoja riittänee.
Ihanan rauhaisaa kesän tunnelmaa ja onpas perhe löytänyt upean varjoisan paikan näillä helteillä.

VastaaPoistaI was really impressed with your beautiful countryside journal page. That rug really struck me, but so did the family sitting together with the animals all around. I even wanted to reach in and grab some of those low hanging grapes. This is perfect for Alison's theme at Art Journal Journey.
