I created this digital art journal-page for the theme 'Summer Countryside' at Art Journal Journey Challenge. The theme was chosen by Alison/Words and Pictures this month.
My page was composed with both freebie and MC-images, and the layout made with Photoshop Elements. I combined many different ground pieces with collage technique to get the background you see, and made some digital painting here and there. There is a relaxed feeling on a rich flower field by the cornfield. A summer wind is refreshing the women, who may be are on their summer vacation on the countryside.

Tässä kuussa Art Journal Journey-teemana on 'Kesäinen maaseutu' ja tein tämän 'Kesätuuli' sivun. Siinä on rentoa loikoilua niityllä viljapellon katveessa kesätuulen vilvoittaessa naisia, jotka ehkä viettävät maalla kesälomaansa.
Taustan tein kollaasitekniikalla liittäen yhteen erilaisia kesäisiä maastoja kuten kuvasta näet. Lisäksi maalasin digisiveltimillä sieltä täältä.

This is a wonderful countryside piece Sirkkis. These ladies certainly look like they are enjoying the summer and nature. The scene is so beautiful I wouldn't mind joining them either.
