My entry is Their Royal Highnesses from the 1800-century.
I used in my digital collage the painting of Queen Victoria and Price Albert with their five eldest children painted by Franz Xaver Winterhalter
in 1846.
Of course in the original painting Queen Victoria is sitting the crown in her head with her family in the gorgeous drawing-room in the palace.
Now I took them to take a little fresh air;)
The image is from the book "The Prince Consort" which I got from my mather in law as a present from London many, many years ago.
Background from Enas Creation.
*****
Digikollaasissani käytin Winterhalterin maalausta kuningatar Victoriasta ja prinssi Albertista viiden vanhimman lapsensa kanssa vuodelta 1846. Alkuperäisessä maalauksessa kuningatar Victoria istuu perheineen tietysti kruunu päässään upeassa salissa palatsissa
Toin heidät nyt haukkaaman vähän raitista ilmaa ;)
Kuva on kirjasta "The Prince Consor", jonka sain anopiltani lahjana Lontoosta monia vuosia sitten.
Tausta on Enas Creationin.
A beautifully created collage, the royal family do actually look as though they are seated on the hillside. I'm sure the children would have loved to explore the ruin on the top of the hill, but probably Albert would never have let them. I liked this so much.
VastaaPoistaRoyalty always has had its privileges. Their very own gumball machine! Fun collage.
VastaaPoistaBeauty with a sense of humor I love your giant gumball machine...great collage.
