Try it on Tuesday Challenge this fortnight.
The 1920's is the decade in which fashion entered the modern era.
Women dared to be "bold and beautiful".
I used as the background a piece of a wallpaper from the 1920's.
The woman image was saved from the Internet, the embellishments and frame I added are from my files. I made design and layout with my photo shop program.

on digeilyni haasteteemaan 'Ihanat leidit'. 1920 oli vuosikymmen, jolloin muoti saapui moderniin aikakauteen. Naiset uskalsivat olla "kauniita ja rohkeita'.
Tytön kuvan olen tallentanut netistä ja taustana käytin tapetin palasta ko. ajalta. Koristeet löytyivät arkistostani, ulkoasun suunnittelin ja toteutin kuvankäsittelyohjelmassani.

VastaaPoistaI love Art Deco and Art Nouveau and the ladies of the 1920's are a particular favourite of mine as most of my friends know. In fact I used to have a huge collection of stamps of ladies from that era, particularly the figures of Erte who was a designer in the theatre.
