The swan swimming with her double thereon

For the Matilde's challenge theme 'Birds' at Art Journal Journey this month.
My digital layout was made with my photoshop program.
I played with the girl's dress and the balcony flowers working with digital layer masks. Image materials are free photos from the web.
The quote is Thomas Hood's, and I typed it on the paper back ground.
Thank you for visiting.

'Joutsen ja tyttö ruohopuvussa'
on art journal digityöni teemaan 'Linnut'. Kuvamateriaali on ilmaiskuvia netistä. Thomas Hood'in tekstin kirjoitin paperitaustalle: "Järvellä on kaksoiskauneus, kun joutsen ui siellä heijastuksineen."
Leikittelin tytön puvulla ja parvekekukilla kerrosmaskien avulla.
Kiitos käynnistäsi.

  1. She's a beautiful water nymph. And I like that you used a black swan. Thanks for sharing this beautiful piece for Matilde's challenge. And you must be pleased that Finland and Sweden are applying for NATO. Putin is so crazy and out of control right now. I'll keep my fingers crossed the process goes quickly for both countries. hugs-Erika

  2. I absolutely LOVE black swans. They aren't here except in zoos. I think they are the more unusual of the swans, and I am delighted you gave this one and the beautiful lady center stage in this lovely digital journal entry. Thank you ever so much for sharing this with us at Art Journal Journey using Matilde's theme.
