For the challenge theme 'When we were young' hosted by Chris at Art Journal Journey this month.
My creation is illustrating that we have often in different ages also different friends. We change ourselves, and our life circumstances may change as we. When we go forward in our studies, the friends often change, too. In the childhood we are not that selective when we are playing with other children. At school, we often make the first 'best friend' selections, particular in the teenage.

Usein mitä vanhemmaksi tulemme, sitä valikoivammiksi ystävien suhteen tulemme. Kuvitukseni art journal-sivullani kertoo, että kasvaessamme ystävämmekin saattavat muuttua. Kun etenemme koulumaailmassa ja muutamme oppilaitosta, uudet tuttavuudet ja ystäväpiiri muodostuu. Lapset eivät ole vielä kovin valikoivia leikkiessään keskenään. Koulumaailmassa alkavat 'bestikset' erottua joukosta, ja erityisesti sellainen tulee yhä tärkeämmäksi teini-ikäisinä.
