John Lennon

 

"Imagine there's no heaven, It's easy if you try, 

No hell below us, Above us, only sky..."

The words above are from the song 'Imagine' by the English musician John Lennon from 1971 album of the same name. It is his best selling single of his solo career. Shortly before his death1980, Lennon said that much of the song's lyrics and content came from his wife, Yoko Ono, and in 2017 she received a co-writing credit.

Ylläolevat sanat ovat John Lennonin 1971 julkaistusta saman nimisestä albumista. Se on eniten myynyt albumi hänen soolouransa aikana. Vähän ennen kuolemaansa 1980 Lennon sanoi, että paljon musiikin lyriikasta sisältöineen on hänen vaimonsa Yoko Onon tekemää, ja Yoko Ono sai 2017 siihen osa-oikeudet.
