My hybrid art journal page for the Halle's theme 'Botanicals' at Art Journal Journey this month.
I designed and layered the background digitally in my photoshop program with different kind overlays and filters, the images that were chosen from my files, and added digitally my earlier hand drawn/painted girl face on the background. I finished the work typing the quote.

Hybridi-art journal työni teemaan 'Kasvit'; tällä kertaa valitsin metsän puineen. Suunnittelin ja toteutin sen fotosopissani layereilla, erilaisilla filttereillä ja kansioistani valitsemillani kuvilla. Tyttö on aiemmin käsin piirtämäni/maalaamani työ, jonka nyt lisäsin digitaalisesti taustalle.

PoistaTo walk in a forest and find all the beautiful growth on the ground, the plants and toadstools create a carpet of loveliness whilst the trees provide a canopy sheltering us from the elements above, be they sun or rain, and cast patterns on the floor is heaven on earth. I love your journal page and your portrait is just beautiful.
