The words are originally in Latin by Hippokrates:
'Mural at the Old Town Hall in Germany'
I composed my collage with images of Itkupilli and Songbirdy,
and edited the text on a piece of an old paper I found from my files.
I wanted to express contrast of old and newer buildings.

'Taide pitkä, elämä lyhyt'
Alkuperäiset sanat 'Ars longa, vita brevis' ovat Hippokratesin latinaksi lausumat.
Oheistin kuvan sen tulkinnasta muurille eli on saksalaista vanhaa katutaidetta.
Omassa työssäni halusin tuoda esiin vahojen rakennusten ja uudempien kontrastin. Kuvat Itkupilli ja Songbirdy. Tekstin editoin vanhalle paperinpalalle, jonka löysin arkistostani.
Haasteteemana on 'Arkkitehtuuri'.
