My hybrid art journal page for the Chris's theme 'Spring forward' at Art Journal Journey Challenge this month.
I set my earlier acrylic hand painted girl face beneath on the new background that I made with the digital painting teknic, and adding other images chosen from my archive onto it. I think that the colors yellow and grass green bring best Spring in my mind.

What a fabulous first entry for Chris's theme at AJJ. I love the beautiful lady who compliments the flowers, birds, and butterfly. This page screams spring. It is a perfect example of everything spring represents. Thanks for sharing it with us at AJJ, dear Sirkkis.

I love this -- so bright and cheery! And what a great quotation too. I adored the writings of John O'Donohue -- he died much, MUCH too young. Plus he had the most gorgeous Irish accent -- I loved listening to his voice on recordings.
