Teatime, soul and sprit

'Teatime, A hug for soul and spirit.' 
My hybrid art journal collage page for the theme 'Tea' chosen by Elle at Art Journal Journey this month' 
  

I made my digital layout using my hand painted acryl portrait above, and painted the collage's background with digital painting brushes, added the freebies and other images and embellishments from my files. I finished the page with the text/picture-freebie from the web.

Koostin hybridi-kollaasini digitekniikalla käyttäen yllä olevaa akryyli-kasvomaalaustani ja arkistoista valitsemiani kuvia ja koristeita. Kollaasin taustan maalasin digisiveltimillä, ja viimeistelin työn mietelause-kuvalla.

    What a lovely hand drawn and painted portrait and what a lovely idea to surround her head with petals. The cup of tea is fabulous and I do like the tea bags running across the base.

    I was so impressed with your hybrid entry. The face you drew is fabulous and adding the flower petals for hair was brilliant. So was all those tea bags lined up next to the cup of tea. This was simply charming, and a great entry for Elle's theme at AJJ.
