The most wonderful time of the year/Vuoden ihmeellisintä aikaa

Santa is ready to deliver the Christmas presents.

Did you know that Santa is living in Korvatunturi, which is in our Lapland?

The children from all over the world are sending over a year him letters with their Christmas wish lists. Santa receives about 500,000 letters per a year! 

There in our Lapland is just now much snow and lots of tourists are enjoying it and the Northern lights. I must say that there are not ice bears, but not very far from it in the North Pole are. 

So now I'd like to show you Santa, because Christmas with Santa is coming soon.

I'm linking my digital art work on Sharon's theme 'Winter' at Art Journal Journey'. 

I designed, layered and made all effects of my digital work in my Photoshop program with the image material that was chosen from my archive.

Joulupukki on valmiina jakamaan joululahjat.

Kysyn tässä ulkomaalaisilta lukijoiltani, tietävätkö he sitä, että joulupukki asuu meidän Lapissamme Korvatunturilla, ja että lapset ympäri maailmaa lähettävät hänelle vuoden aikana jopa 500 000 joululahjatoive-kirjettä. Teen myös vähän Lappi-mainontaa kertomalla, että siellä on nyt paljon lunta ja turistit ovat tulleet nauttimaan siitä. Koska kuvassani on jääkarhu, kerron ettei niitä ole Lapissa, mutta Pohjoisnavalla on eikä se ole kaukana.

Koska joulu on jo lähellä, tein tämän fotosopissani, ja linkitän digityöni 'Talvi'-teemaan.

This is my photo taken in 2022 from my balcony window.

I took it from inside of the glass. It was very snowy winter.

I used this photo as the background of my above art journal page, designed my work in the photoshop program with its tools. Other images were chosen from my image files. I finished the page writing/making the texts.
